Monday – Weekly run route, 5K Challenge and Club Leaderboard on Strava

Wednesday 7.30pm Zoom S&C/Pilates

Thursday 7.30pm Zoom Yoga (thank you TWH)

Friday 7.30pm Zoom S&C/Pilates

Sunday cycle – Zoom turbo session
