Covid-19 Lockdown Schedule

Monday – weekly run route, 5K Challenge and Club Leaderboard on Strava

Wednesday – 7.30pm Zoom S&C/Pilates

Thursday – 7.00pm Zoom Yoga (thank you TWH)

Friday – 7.30pm Zoom S&C/Pilates

Sunday – cycle – Zoom turbo session

 

This is what our typical training schedule looks like:

Monday :

OW Swim* at Haysden Lake (800m), Tonbridge (Triswim) – 17:00 to 20.00

Track running at Tonbridge Boys School with the kind permission of the Tunbridge Wells Harriers – 19.30 to 20.30

 

Tuesday :

OW Swim* at Weirwood Reservoir (400m), Forest Row (Popup Swim) – 16:30 to 20.30

Spin at St Johns Leisure Centre, Tunbridge Wells – 20:15 to 21:15

 

Wednesday:

Pool swim at St Johns Leisure Centre, Tunbridge Wells –  20.30 to 21.30

 

Thursday :

Yoga for Runners at Rusthall Church Hall (right of One Stop) with the kind permission of Tunbridge Wells Harriers – 19.30 to 20.30

 

Friday :

OW Swim* at Haysden Lake (800m), Tonbridge (Triswim) – 17:00 to 20.00

Pool swim (Warm up / drills / main set) at St Johns Leisure Centre, Tunbridge Wells –  19.00 to 20.00

 

Saturday :

OW Swim* at Chipstead Lake (1000m / 400m) , Sevenoaks (Triswim) – 06:00 to 08.00 & 17:00 to 20:00

OW Swim* at Weirwood Reservoir (400m), Forest Row (Popup Swim) – 06:30 to 08.30

Parkrun at Tunbridge Wells or Tonbridge – 09:00

 

Sunday :

Club ride 08.00 start for 2/3 hours

or Brick session Ride + Run

 

* Open water swim available when lake is open.
